Earl has been working in public accounting for over 35 years. After graduating from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Earl continued to Woodrow Wilson College of Law to obtain a degree of Juris Doctor. Earl has served as Georgia Society of CPA Assurance Section Chair, GSCPA Governmental A&A Chair, and Rome GSCPA Secretary. He is also very active in the community where he has served as Rotary Club President, Elks Club Exalted Ruler, and Troop 24 Boy Scouts of America Treasurer.

Lloyd has been working in public accounting since 1981. He graduated from Berry College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He served two years as Chairman of the Peer Review Committee of the Georgia Society of CPA's. Lloyd has also served as Chairman of the Northwest Georgia Boy Scouts, Troop 24 Committee member, Ducks Unlimited Committee member, and Rotary Club President. Lloyd also works with the Miss Georgia USA pageant event in Cartersville.

Christian performs a variety of services for the firm and its clients including audits, reviews, financial statement compilations and tax return preparation. He is currently working on obtaining an Accreditation in Business Valuations (ABV) which will enhance the already diverse professional services offered by the firm.

Heather Wilson, CPA
Heather began working in public accounting in November 2007. After graduating from Mississippi State University with a B.S. degree in Accounting in 1998, she went on to Kennesaw State University to obtain a Masters of Business Administration degree. Heather has over 10 years of accounting experience in various industries such as aeronautics, chemicals, and textiles. She performs duties such as corporate and partnership tax preparation, QuickBooks processing, and quarterly payroll taxes. Heather is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and teaches classes on QuickBooks.

Brittany is our Administrative Assistant. She is currently attending Georgia Highlands to pursue a nursing degree. She performs monthly work such as balancing bank statements, checkbook corrections, and entering employee information into our systems.

Claudia Koehler
Claudia has been working at our firm since 2002. Claudia is fluent in Spanish, so she can help with Spanish-speaking clients. Claudia performs bank reconciliations, monthly write-ups, and customer service issues.

Sherry Wheeler
Sherry is our Payroll Specialist. She attended the Shenango Valley School of Business for an Associated Degree in Business Administration. She has been processing payroll for more than 15 years and became certified as a Payroll Specialist at the University of Paychex in Rochester, NY in 2005. She is fluent in all aspects of payroll processing, including but not limited to ACH drafts and deposits, compilations of monthly and quarterly reports, and bank reconciliations.
