Earl Williamson, Jr. , CPA (Partner) has been working in public accounting for thirty-two years.  He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and then from Woodrow Wilson College of Law with a degree of Juris Doctor.  He is currently serving as chairman of the Governmental Accounting Sub-Committee of the Assurance Section of the Georgia Society of CPAs.

Lloyd M. Williamson, III, CPA (Partner) has been working in public accounting for twenty-one years.  He graduated from Berry College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  He served two years as Chairman of the Peer Review Committee of the Georgia Society of CPAs.

Marie Williamson, CPA, has been in public accounting 15 years.   She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts degree and later received her Masters of Education from Georgia State University.  She then returned to school at Kennesaw State University to meet her CPA educational requirements.  She has worked on and has been in charge of numerous government and non-profit audits.
